  • Additionally, Colleen is a Senior Programmer Analyst with for Public Health Informatics, Computational, and Operations Research (PHICOR) and the Center for Advanced Technology and Communication in Health (CATCH), headquartered at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Her current research focuses on designing and implementing computational models of communicable and non-communicable diseases, with a focus on COVID-19 and employee burnout.

    She received her MS in bioinformatics and systems biology from the University of California, San Diego and her BA in mathematics magna cum laude from Cornell University. Previously, Colleen worked at UC San Diego on developing and analyzing mathematical models of biological phenomena in bacterial communities.
